For our dairy products, we choose exclusively Greek milk. We work closely with farmers across East Athens and we carry out rigorous quality checks.
Our cream is made with the same recipe from 1892, as well as the milk pudding, which taste travels us back in time.
Our yogurts are also traditionally made. Our yogurt comes from cow (3,6%) and sheep (6%) milk, made with raw yogurt yeast, without powders and stabilizers. The same goes for our bag yogurt. We prepare it in a bag, without preservatives. It has 10% fat, perfect for a balanced diet.
